Timeline for
AKINS
Genealogical Research in Virginia

This is a place where I add relative data in chronological order for the ongoing research of AKINS families in Virginia prior to 1800.  It doesn't show everything, by a long shot, so don't consider it a final authority.   Even though we know that our Lewis AKINS' wife was NOT a Mann, I will continue to include all the MANN family info below as we now understand that Francis MANN's widow in 1768 [Mary] was an AKINS either by marriage or by birth.

Thanks to everyone that has helped by adding their documents.  Carol Ann "Cat" Tindell, Author 1997-2001.
