How to Find Genealogical Resources in Libraries using WorldCat®
WorldCat's "FirstSearch" is a catalog database of multiple libraries' holdings.  Just find the Title and key in your zip code.  Out pops a listing of all participating WorldCat facilities in that region that have it. They have a tutorial on-line about how to use FirstSearch.

Here's a web page example for locating the book:
"Tail of Tears 1838" by Laura Purdie Salas. 
Now just key in 30513, the zip code for Blue Ridge, GA.
Bingo, you see every library in the area that has this book, including libraries in AL, NC, FL and TN...not just GA.
Included is a link to each library's main web page.
