Contact us BEFORE you email submissions to us. We need to know what it is, discuss its format, and determine the best way to send it to us. Be patient for our response as we may be out-of-town. We don't appreciate undiscussed data submissions taking up limited email space keeping important business mail from reaching our inbox when we must be away from our office. All data must be the submitter's own transcription of public records. We do not accept photos, gedcoms, family groups sheets, partial transcriptions, document abstracts, or other family genealogy information as researched by individuals. Our site only deals with raw data transcriptions. Only fully transcribed records and cemetery surveys are accepted and must include the source of the original documentation from which the submitter transcribed the information. We cannot, by law, display other people's transcriptions which have been previously published without their written consent. We will only display the submitter's name next to each submission. By not providing their email addys, we hope to eliminate our site as being a source for our submitters' receiving junk email. You affirm that you have the right to grant us permission to use the information in your submission, as described in these guidelines. You accept legal responsibility for any permitted use made of the information you provide. You agree that we are not responsible for any alteration, loss, damage, or corruption to your submissions. You agree that once you submit your raw data transcriptions to us, it becomes our property and cannot be retracted or returned. However, this does not limit your right to publish, sell, or give the information you submit to others. We reserve the right to remove submissions at our sole discretion if we believe they are not accurate or in violation of someone else's copyrights.
